What were the 2016 corn and soybean yields in Dodge and Washington counties?

Corn yield was 175 and 183 bushels per acre for Dodge and Washington County, respectively. Soybean yield was 60 and 59 bushels per acre for Dodge and Washington County, respectively.

The United States Department of Agriculture National Agricultural Statistics Service (USDA-NASS) reports the average yields for corn and soybeans for the previous year each February. On February 23, 2017, USDA-NASS shared the 2016 survey results taken by growers in Dodge and Washington counties.  Growers in Dodge County reported an average all county corn yield of 174.8 bushels/acre, irrigated corn yield of 182.2 bushels/acre, and non-irrigated corn yield of 167.8 bushels/acre, and all county soybean yield of 59.7 bushels/acre. Growers in Washington County reported an average all county corn yield of 183.0 bushels/acre, irrigated corn yield of 196.8 bushels/acre, and non-irrigated corn yield of 180.8 bushels/acre, and all county soybean yield of 58.3 bushels/acre.
