Anyone interested in learning more about trends in farmland values and cash lease values is invited to attend a Nebraska Extension meeting in Leigh at the Colfax County Fairgrounds on Wednesday, August 19th from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Other topics to be covered include good lease communications, how to write a good lease, and flexible cash leases.
